We are a commercial and residential development firm based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are a veteran-owned and minority-owned company initially founded as Gordon Industries in 2021 and rebranded as Gordon Cooper Real Estate Partners in 2023. We are vertically integrated with our design-build team at Apex Genesis.

Our ownership's military background has shaped the company to be hyperteam and solution-focused. We believe in partnership above all else. Our team consists of fifty-plus collective years of experience between our designers, contractors and development team.

Alone, we can move quickly, but together, we can go far. We raise capital from high-net-worth individuals (accredited investors) while leveraging bank and institutional debt to build our portfolio. We build mixed-use, residential, retail, and industrial Real estate from the ground up or repurpose existing inventory.
